For those willing to travel further North the World Heritage Listed Naracoorte Caves awaits for a true adventure in spectacular surroundings. The park was made a World Heritage site in 1994 for its 500,000 years of extensive fossil record, unrivalled in any cave system in the world. Visitors are able to join a journey of discovery through a breathtaking network of underground passages and spacious chambers, with technology also allowing remote viewing of a bat colony that lives in one of the caves, creating a true ecotourism experience.
